Former Southern Baptist preacher, Jason Eden, explains his change in religious beliefs and coming out publicly about it on Facebook in the article “Losing My Religion and Going Public on Facebook“ on TheHumanist.com.
He describes the stigma he faced when switching religions and how he engaged in the debate that ensued on Facebook about his decisions and beliefs.

Have you made a change in your faith? Were you afraid of potential backlash when you announced your decision to friends and family?
