BRUSSELS, Belgium –  August 10, 2026

The European Nepali Community is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Rajani Pradhan as the newly designated European Nepali Ambassador.

Prior to stepping into this prestigious role, Mrs. Pradhan served with distinction alongside her husband, Mr. Rabindra Man Shrestha, as a board member of the Shiva Forum Europe.

While Mr. Shrestha will continue his vital work on the board, Mrs. Pradhan now expands her scope of leadership, continuing her dedicated support for Swami Bhairavananda Saraswati while actively empowering and advocating for the broader Nepali diaspora across Europe.

The Nepali community in Europe is widely recognized for its seamless integration, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong commitment to contributing locally while honoring its cultural heritage.

“The Nepali people are a truly joyful, resilient, and community-minded spirit,” remarked Swami Bhairavananda Saraswati, Executive Director of Sanatana Dharma Europe. “Mrs. Pradhan’s leadership will mark a powerful new chapter in bridging cultures and strengthening our shared values.”

Under the visionary guidance of Mrs. Rajani Pradhan, the European Nepali community aims to build stronger networks of unity, collaboration, and mutual support across the continent. Bringing vision into reality requires dedication, hope, and perseverance, qualities Mrs. Pradhan has demonstrated throughout her years of community service.
