Brittni Ruiz, also known as Jenna Presley, left porn and married a pastor.

Ever since porn star Jenna Presley was first introduced to the XXX Church, there’s been no turning back[/tweetit] for her from her new path in Christ. Now known by her real name, Brittni Ruiz, the ex-porn star had converted to Christianity when she came across a group of people from the XXX Church and a Bible verse 2:20 from Revelation – “Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet,” she simply knew that it was time for her to turn to Christ.

Once featured in a list of top 12 female porn stars, she had already been in more than 300 adult films when she first stepped into Cornerstone Church in San Diego, where she sought meaning to a life she thought was devoid of any. By then she was already sick of the industry, one which had made her rich and famous, but left her broken and depressed. “I was so far down in life I had nowhere to look but up. I knew that my way in life was not working,” she says, happy that she chose Christ over the wealth and fame of this world.

Even as Ruiz deepens her faith in Christ, the former porn star is trying to encourage other women to maintain sexual purity until they get married. “I thought, 'If an ex-porn star could wait to have sex until marriage, then anyone can do it. Although I love a good restoration story I did not want that story. I wanted to be able to say, sexual purity is not easy, but it is possible, and if I can do it, so can you,” says Ruiz, now the wife of a pastor.

Ruiz herself practiced celibacy after conversion and until her marriage to her husband, deciding to abstain from sex until they tied the not – something that she believes has been instrumental in blessing their marriage.
