Atheists We Are — launched by Lauren Ell last month — is a new organization focused on showcasing atheist organizations, individuals and news.
Ell said in a release that she started Atheists We Are because most other atheist organizations focused primarily on separation of church and state, pushing ultra-progressive policies and demonizing Christianity.
Ell — also president and founder of Republican Atheists and Atheists United for Israel — began the new site with a monthly news blog.
