#StopIslam trending on Twitter in the Wake of Brussels terror attacks
After the terrorist attacks on Tuesday in Brussels, Twitter was hot with the #StopIslam hashtag popping up. With Islamophobia the hot topic that it is, a first reaction may be that the hashtag is anti-Muslim, but tweets were overwhelmingly pro-Muslim.

While the tragic details of the news were rolling out, #StopIslam was trending. Trending to stop Islamophobia some turned into an outlet for more conflict.
