Tracie Parker is Humanitarian Programs Director of the Church of Scientology. For the past 11 years she has coordinated the human rights campaign and other humanitarian programs of the Church. Prior to joining staff, as a volunteer she ran, cycled, rode horses and canoed through nine countries in Europe to promote the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights in a human rights “multathalon” (multiple-sports marathon). After the 2004 South Asian tsunami, she was part of a Church of Scientology humanitarian mission to some of the countries hardest hit by the disaster. She has also organized nine international human rights youth summits including several at United Nations headquarters in New York and Geneva.
