Brother Satyananda is a senior monastic and minister of Self-Realization Fellowship, which was founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda, widely regarded as the father of Yoga in the West and author of the best-selling spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi. Brother Satyananda resides at the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine in Pacific Palisades, California, and is a regular speaker at the annual SRF World Convocation, which this year takes place from August 6-12 in Los Angeles.
