Kayne West’s latest Sunday Service special guest was none other than pop singer Tori Kelly. Kelly was responsible for leading the choir and the crowd to start the prayer.

West’s service gatherings are usually held outdoors and feature gospel music. Before his service on Easter at Coachella 2019, he hosted the gatherings at home along with Kim Kardashian.

The list of people who attended the latest service at the California Worship Center consisted of several celebrities, such as Gwen Stefani, Blac Chyna, and Kelly’s manager, Scooter Braun.

Tori Kelly, backed by the choir, led the crowd in worship. During the service, West mixed several popular samples, such as “Drop It Like It’s Hot” by Snoop Dogg and “This Is the Day” by Fred Hammond.

Last year, Tori Kelly spoke with Relevant about growing up in a Christian home, singing in church, and her faith. Kelly said she loved going to church with her friends.

Her faith grew after she decided to attend a church camp. She wanted to explore and form a deeper understanding of her beliefs. Due to an encounter with God, her relationship with Jesus became stronger than ever.

West remained modest throughout the event, by staying behind the keys for most of the three-hour service. One lucky fan got his Yeezy 750 Boosts signed with the inscription “Jesus Is Lord.”

“This is not a concert, this is not a performance, but rather this is an old-fashioned worship service of Jesus Christ,” said Pastor Rich Wilkerson.
