According to him, the biggest problem with Christians today is that they do not believe in themselves to execute the mission of God. Also, most of them cite a number of reasons why they cannot minister to fellow beings. Tebow says that he is well aware of this fear, however, it is imperative that everybody to let go of the fear and put their faith in God.

Last Saturday, Tebow spoke at a benefit that was held at the Mount Dora Christian Academy Children's Home. There he told the audience that how it is important to walk in the faith of God. He said that great things can happen when you work for God. Many people think that they cannot make a difference without without money, power, and fame.

Tebow said, you just give God what you have, and gaze upon the wonders He would do with it. Tebow further said that all people are qualified to be on God's team because God has given them talent and resource. Make use of these God-given gifts to better your life, and the lives of others.

The thrill of playing football often "pales in comparison to being able to give hope to a single mother, being able to give love to an orphan" and Mount Dora Christian Academy Children’s Home does exactly that, they give hope and love to people.

Tebow also has a non-profit organization, the Tim Tebow Foundation. It provides respite to children who are terminally ill, provides financial aid to deserving people and conducts events for special needs children.

Tebow suffered two broken ribs during a road game against the Seattle Seahawks. It practically ended his career with NFL. As of now, he is unemployed. However, Tebow is hopeful that he would be able to return to the game.

Tim Tebow won the Heisman Trophy in 2007. He was designated as a Great Floridian in the year 2013 for his major contributions to the welfare and progress of Florida.
