Good Omens is a satire elaborating on a cosmic firefight between hell and heaven. Its producers have described it as a proportionate mix of humor, drama, fantasy, and horror. The storyline is set in the modern day where the Apocalypse is around the corner and humanity is all set to taste the Final Judgment. The armies of Evil and Good are amassing. Both inhabitants of heaven and hell have become short-tempered and to put the cherry on top, Atlantis is rising. All seems to be on schedule and as per the divine plan. Notable among them is the fussy angel Aziraphale and Crowley, a demon who likes the fast life. Both dread the coming war and to top it all: an unknown person has misplaced the Antichrist.

The Good Omens miniseries have brought together an impressive list of actors. Michael Sheen and David Tennant have joined the cast. The audience will also be treated to the excellent acting skills of Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, Mireille Enos, Nick Offerman, Adria Arjona, Anna Maxwell Martin, and Michael McKean. The show is produced by BBC Studios, Narrativia, Amazon Studios, and Blank Corporation.

The show is all set to be a laughing riot. Nick Offerman plays the father of the Antichrist. The latter is missing to the chagrin of hell, and heaven is pleased with the developments. Jon Hamm plays the archangel. Michael Sheen and David Tennant are playing major supporting roles. Both Crowley and Aziraphale want to stop the coming war and presumably will do anything to stop it. The miniseries will first be aired on Amazon Prime and then on BBC Two in the UK.
