Trump expected to sign Anti-LGBT ‘Religious Freedom’ executive order.
America may just go back to its conservative stand on same-sex couples with a new order from Trump.[/tweetit]An executive order titled “Establishing a Government-Wide Initiative to Respect Religious Freedom,” has just been discovered by The Nation and The Investigative Fund, that hints at possibly decriminalizing discrimination against people from the LGBT sector.

What implications does this have for people? For one, it implies that people will be free to discriminate against gay people. By this, the U.S. is clearly going back a few steps in the equal treatment of gay couples, even as other nations, such as Canada, have successfully managed to make sure gay people enjoy the same rights as everyone else.
The leaked order will come as a shock, especially after Donald Trump had promised to protect LGBTQ Americans from the violence coming from hateful foreign ideology, possibly indicating ISIS. however, with the signing of this draft, Trump would enable sweeping discrimination against the gay community and pro-choice Americans throughout the nation. This would prevent members of the LGBTQ from availing of education, healthcare, job and business rights, or even social services from organizations that deny them these services because of their religious beliefs, both from social service organizations as well as from private, profit-based companies.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has vowed to fight against Trump if he signs the draft. The ACLU has always been at the forefront of every fight against discrimination and has assured its support to the LGBT community as well as promising to take the president to court.

The White House has not officially confirmed that the draft will be signed as yet. Spokespersons have revealed this draft is only one of the many that are awaiting approval, adding that not all drafts get signed by the president. However, given the President’s strong backing by the conservative Christians of America, it may only be a matter of time before the anti-gay laws will be implemented. Speculations have been made the draft could possibly be signed by the President on the National Day of Prayer.
